Sesame Miso Soup Base

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup miso paste, use the high quality stuff here!
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1/4 cup tahini, hulled
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp beef bouillon powder, i used plant based
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp mirin

Instructions

Add all soup base ingredients into a high-speed blender.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
