Sesame Miso Soup Base

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup miso paste, use the high quality stuff here!
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1/4 cup tahini, hulled
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp beef bouillon powder, i used plant based
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp mirin
Instructions
Add all soup base ingredients into a high-speed blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
