Vegan Hawaiian Style Tuna Poke

Ingredients
- 230g vegan tuna, sashimi
- 25 sweet onion, small (thinly sliced)
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp arame seaweed, soaked and drained
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp gochugaru
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- sushi rice, seasoned and cooked (to serve)
- cucumber, to serve
- avocado, to serve
- furikake, to serve
Instructions
Cut your vegan tuna into small, bite-sized cubes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed vegan tuna with finely chopped onion, sliced spring onions, shredded seaweed, soy sauce, sesame oil, a pinch of salt, and gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes). Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Serve the poke over a bowl of seasoned sushi rice and top with sliced cucumber and cubed avocado as desired. Enjoy chilled!
