Easy Maple Pecan Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 180ºC.

In a large bowl, combine all granola ingredients and mix well. Spread the mixture out in an even layer onto a lined baking tray.

Bake at 180ºC for 25 minutes, stirring every 8 minutes and re-spreading each time. The granola may feel soft when it comes out but will crisp up as it cools.
