Crispy Tofu Puffs

Ingredients
- 320g fried tofu puffs, halved (or quartered if extra-large!)
- 3-4 tbsp corn starch
- salt
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
Preheat oven at 200ºC.
Whisk all sauce ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Add tofu and coat evenly, use your hands if you need.
Sprinkle cornstarch on, 1 tbsp at a time, coating each piece. Use your hands to rub it - it should mix in with the sauce and start to feel kinda pasty. This is what makes the tofu crispy so try to make sure all the pieces are coated in the cornstarchy paste.
Place tofu chunks onto a baking sheet, making sure they don’t touch.
Bake for 10 minutes, and then flip. Bake for a further 5-10 minutes or until golden and crunchy!
Sprinkle with a little salt salt immediately after the puffs come out.
