  A mash up of two beloved Aussie classics. Iced Vovo biscuits (biscuits are what Australians call cookies!) are a light vanilla biscuit with strawberry icing, jam and coconut. Happy New Year and may your 2022 be like this avocado & radish kimchi toast 🍞💥 A variety of textures and flavours, a little spicy, somewhat funky, but above all - delicious and nourishing 😌 - To be honest I still feel like I haven’t quite processed 2021 properly. I’ve been feeling a little overwhelmed for the past month or so but I am definitely excited for the year to come. Last year turned out literally nothing like I had planned but I’ve grown so much and I’m very grateful for each and every moment and for everyone in my life, new and old. And thank YOU so much for following along, I absolutely love sharing food and recipes with you guys and the plan is to share even more with you this year. I’m definitely less disciplined than I would like when it comes to posting regularly but I’m the kinda gal that just really cannot post when I’m feeling down - I just can’t do it 🙃 I tend to beat myself up about it because ‘consistency is key’ and all that. I’ve realised that at least for me, happiness and creativity really do go hand in hand and I know I make the best content when I’m in a good headspace. So I’m gonna roll with that and take some pressure off myself. Still taking this first week to plan my year and set my goals. And for you dear follower, I wish nothing but growth for you, wherever you are in the world! 🥰Collect new experiences, new connections and maybe it’s time to let go of those old narratives about yourself you’ve convinced yourself are true - things are always changing and we need to stop underestimating our ability to change. May you keep evolving into the best possible version of you. ❤️

KIWI MAYO IS KING! 🥝 Vegan Isaac Toast again for brekky this morn, if you haven’t tried it yet… WHYYYYY!? Looks like your regular brekky sando but it ain’t. Turn your brekky sandwiches GLAM with this deliciously fruity but savoury and very adddictive sauce. Don’t knock it til you try it - it SLAPSSSSS!!
